Description

In the game of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince™, players will return to Hogwarts™ to help Harry survive a fraught sixth year.     September 06, 2009: This is the worst video game I've purchased in at least 5 years. There seems to be nothing to it, but trotting around collecting wizard shields, dueling, and mixing potions. And, the potion mixing instructions are given only once, and can't be returned to, ever again. I've been stuck trying to mix a potion for at least 8 hours, and the game will not allow me to advance, or delay the potion mixing, so I can go play some other part of the game. I've seen online, where I'm not the only person having trouble mixing this one specific potion. So, it's not my idiocy. The "booklet" that comes inside the game package is useless. Mostly, it's the credits. Surely, nothing helpful to me.

    I haven't yet detected the story line. The characters don't look much like they've ever looked before. Graphics are a huge disappointment to me (as in not as impressive as previous Harry Potter video games.) Unforgettable, because it's so freaking lousy.

    I will buy the remaining/upcoming Harry Potter movies and video games. Because, I have enjoyed them (until now) and because I'm loyal to a series, once I've begun to collect it.
